 Firm Profile

Lambert Law Corporation, a Professional Law Corporation, duly chartered under the laws of the State of California, is a small, boutique law firm providing its clients with diverse array of professional legal services. Thomas H. Lambert, Esq., its principal attorney, makes available to firm clients the expertise of more than thirty-eight years in the active practice of law with a primary focus on aviation law and the broad spectrum of litigation arising from aviation mishaps and the business of aviation. Such expertise includes:

  • Entrepreneurship: Business planning, financial modeling, business entity selection and implementation, business entity financing and issuance of applicable securities in compliance with California and federal securities laws, employment law compliance, negotiate and implement business contracts, etc.
  • Dispute Resolution: Dispute resolution both under the modern "alternative dispute resolution" systems and the traditional brute force adjudication (i.e. litigation) methods. Contract disputes, personal injury and wrongful death disputes, civil RICO disputes, 42 USC section 1983 disputes, airport noise and access disputes, real property disputes, insurance disputes, and many "hundreds" of aircraft accident disputes involving "fault," "defect," "causation" and "damages" issues.
  • Aircraft Accident Investigation: On site and subsequent aircraft mishap investigation, reconstruction, research and analysis.  Determinations and proof of causation, fault, human tolerance to injury, vehicle crashworthiness, product defect, design-induced pilot/mechanic/human error, ... etc.
  • Air Carrier Certification: Full spectrum planning, project management, US DOT and US FAA certification, and implementation of US air carriers under 14 CFR Parts 121, 125, 129 and 135.
  • Legislation: Authoring of legislation.  Personal author of Chapter 19.5 of the California Business and Professions Code pertaining to non-possesary aircraft liens. 
  • Software Development: Extensive utilization of contemporaneous computer "tools" as an aid to other challenges, including: analysis of the "dynamic rollover" phenomenon of helicopters, extraction and vector analysis of FAA TRACON radar data of aircraft involved in a mid-air collision, visual simulaton of a helicopter wire-strike accident, VBA code development to enhance and integrate Microsoft Access and Excel applications, develop software to select aircraft for special missions, develop application for airline start-up pro forma financial modeling in compliance with US DOT financial reporting requirements applicable to 14 CFR Part 121 certificated air carriers, etc.

Prospective clients are advised that their communications to us by e-mail are not "confidential" and are not protected by an attorney-client privilege unless and until an attorney-client relationship has been mutually established between them and us.  An attorney-client relationship may be established in compliance with the applicable California Rules of Professional Conduct by mutual consent between both the attorney and the client, and requires, among other things, that the attorney cannot undertake representation of a new client in a controversy adverse to an existing client.
